About the event
Are you an early-career engineer who feels like "balance" is something you'll figure out later? 👀
Jonathon Cerda and Miguel Soto are back for PDS #3: Decoding the "Work-Life" Balance Concept. Last year this session packed the room at LJA Engineers and was our best-attended event of the season, so we're running it again.
You'll walk away with practical ways to set boundaries, protect your time and energy, and build a career you don't need a vacation from.
